Perchè tutti vedono come unica soluzione un governo di tecnici e l'ottanta per cento della popolazione è favorevole?
I professori ora al governo chiedono enormi sacrifici economici alla classe madia e meno abbiente ma non hanno fornito ai paganti un resoconto sommario delle casse dello stato, essendo dei professori dovrebbero essere in grado di spiegare, sarebbe la regola prima di un buon regime democretico, perchè non lo fanno? E se non lo fanno vuol dire forse che non c'è democrazia?
La gestione della pubblica amministrazione è il problema maggiore dell'Italia. Costi e bilanci della spesa pubblica condizionano negativamente la vita dell'ottanta per cento della popolazione. Dal dopoguerra la gestione del mercato del lavoro è in mano ai professionisti della politica, negli ultimi anni la questione sociale del lavoro si è maggiormente serrata al controllo del mercato del lavoro condizionando totalmente il rapporto tra cittadini e pubblica amministrazione. La gestione del mercato del lavoro è in mano agli amministratori politici che lo gestiscono esclusivamente come serbatoio elettorale. Nel paese dove la pratica della "raccomandazione" è uso accettato e diffuso, i candidati professionisti della politica ricavano consenso elettorale dai lavoratori e dalle loro famiglie. Anzi riescono a condizionare attraverso la gestione delle assunzioni i risultati elettorali. Il lavoro viene gestito come un bacino elettorale in ogni suo aspetto, è l'unico modo per sopravvivere al sud. Essendo il mercato del lavoro finito alla popolazione adulta attiva e residente, lo stesso condizionamento si estende alle forniture, agli appalti, alla gestione dei servizi e alla gestione in genere. Sembra che ogniuno ne trae un tornaconto ma è un mostruoso meccanismo che porta immediatamente alla maggiorazione delle spese e a comportamenti illegali e del tutto fuori dalle regole, le inchieste su tangenti, peculato, lucro, illegalità, e le cifre sulla corruzione sono sulla bocca di tutti. Le regole amministrative vengono gestite a fini elettorali. E' un circolo vizioso che non finisce nella cabina elettorale. Non c'è posto per tutti, è per questo che c'è emigrazione e i ricercatori scientifici italiani lavorano all'estero. Ogni anno gli italiani onesti lavorano da gennaio a giugno per pagare la gestione della cosa pubblica e i crescenti debiti. La fame di denaro degli amministratori eletti porta a una sempre maggiore spesa, a sempre un maggiore indebitamento, cresce la spesa di gestione pubblica, cresce il gettito fiscale, abbiamo un enorme, insanabile debito pubblico, abbiamo un enorme crisi economica sulle spalle di chi paga le tasse.

I tecnici visti dalla grande maggioranza della popolazione come unica soluzione per governare provengono dal mondo accademico, sono distanti dalla società reale come lo sono gli insaziabili professionisti della politica. I tecnici praticano l'economia a livello teorico, a volte con alti incarichi istituzionali, sono molto distanti dalla società reale (l'ottanta per cento di popolazione da cui ricevono consenso) e le continue gaff in cui stanno incorrendo mettono in risalto un incredibile livello di improvvisazione. Per esempio troncare l'indicizzazione alle pensioni minime equivale ad affamare chi già vive in povertà (vedi lacrime della ministra Formero). Imporre l'obbligo della carta di credito a tutti i pensionati, a chi percepisce 500 euro al mese serve più a riempire le casse delle banche che a combattere l'evasione. Ma non erano tecnici qualificati e capaci?

Quando nell'estate del 2010 viaggiando sull'autostrada si è vista una carovana di autovetture che spostava da Napoli a Roma una importantissima carica dello stato, alto esponente delle istituzioni con più di 20 autovetture e 4 furgoni, ho percepito un senso di sopraffazione e fallimento della società intera che il rappresentante delle istituzioni aveva messo sul nostro conto. Non è un caso se passiamo sei mesi della nostra vita a pagare i privilegi e i debiti dei nostri amministratori. Ci meritiamo il fallimento a cui gli amministratori politici ci hanno condannato e questi tecnici qualificati e capaci ora al governo faranno la stessa cosa.

Во время путешествия по шоссе в летом 2010 года я лично видел караван автомобилей, которые переехали из Неаполя в Рим было очень важное место в высокий представитель учреждения с более чем 20 автомобилей и 4 грузовика, я чувствовал, чувство гнета и неудачи что представитель всего общества институтов положил на наш счет.
